Open Post an ad, pick where it belongs (Market, Biz or Jobs), then the category, and fill in the details.

A role is what you do in one part of Youzora: Seller in Market, Service Provider, Manufacturer or Supplier in Biz, Employer in Jobs. You can hold several. The post form shows “Posting as” with the roles you hold for that category, and your profile shows your listings under each role. Switch roles on or off in Settings → Roles.

In Settings → Verification Center you give your PAN number and upload photos of your PAN and Aadhaar. If you sell as a business you also give the business PAN, the authorised signatory and your GST details. Our team reviews it, usually within 4 hours, and you are told in your notifications. If the reviewer needs something more, their note appears in the Verification Center.

A listing posted under a role that is not verified yet is kept as a draft. It goes for review by itself as soon as your verification is approved. You can see your drafts in My Listings.

On any listing use Chat to message them, the call button if they share a number, or Negotiate price to send an offer. Listings in Business & Services have Send enquiry (Contact Supplier on wholesale listings), which sends the seller your question with your name and number. Your conversations are in Chat.

Tap the heart on a listing to save it. On the search page, Save search keeps your filters so you can run them again. Both are under Saved Items.

Post a requirement saying what you need, how many and where. Quotes you receive are listed under the requirement.

Once an order is delivered or completed, open it from Orders and use Rate this purchase. Reviews appear on the seller’s profile.

In My Listings use Boost / Promote on a live listing. Plans that include boosts are on the membership page.
