What we'll ask you to verify

Buying, selling your own things and looking for work need only a verified phone number. Business roles and service providers verify before their listings go live.

  • Legal name, business type, registration number and the registry that issued it
  • Your country's registration document and tax ID (if registered)
  • Registered address, your authorized representative with ID, and owners with 25% or more

Everyone also confirms a short declaration (true details, allowed to sell, no prohibited goods). Documents are seen only by our review team; your profile shows that a check passed, never your ID numbers. A business licence is checked separately from your ID, and listings pause when it expires.

Does it cost anything to post?

Posting is free within each category's free allowance. You can boost a listing or take a plan for more listings and visibility.

Do I need to verify my identity to sell?

Not to sell your own things: a verified phone number is enough. Business roles and service providers verify their identity and business before their listings go live, and anyone can verify to earn the Verified badge.

What happens to my documents?

Only our review team sees them. Your public profile shows that a check passed and, for businesses, the registration numbers we verified, never your personal ID numbers.

What if a reviewer needs something else?

You'll see their note in Settings › Verification. The form keeps what you sent, so you only change the part they asked about and send it again.

Can I sell in another country?

Your account belongs to the country you signed up in. Its listings, currency and verification follow that country.
